He has worked for over 5 years at French and American law firms whose practice in the field of intellectual property and information technology is well-established, before founding DBK. Through his multicultural background—European, Korean and American—Mr. Kim has over ten years of practice handling deals and matters involving international or translational aspects, and more particularly for North-American and Asian clients. He advises our clients in negotiating, drafting and reviewing license and commercial contracts and public procurements, and in dispute resolution involving intellectual property (notably in connection with information technology and software), trademarks, industrial designs, and patents.
